Probably one of the coldest mornings during my travels in Prague. Standing in -3°c temperatures on top of Letenská Hill, I had an amazing view of the town with copious rooftops and smoking chimneys as the locals prepare their homes for the cool February morning. It was the perfect time to capture such exquisiteness and history through the ancient buildings as they slowly came to life. I was lucky enough to witness a very surreal experience. As the sun was rising, its warm rays were dispersed through a thin layer of cloud to then fill the atmosphere with a vibrant pink pigment. After I captured this beauty, the sun then blended into the clouds, immediately turning the sky back to grey. It was one of those unexplainable experiences, the city was showcased so passionately. The pink seemed to naturally bring up the saturation of the colours on the houses and surrounding architecture.
